We enjoyed our stay in a spacious suite with a stunning view.

Relaxing and wonderful pool

Had trouble locating site. Searched for two hours and found it by chance. Needed better directions prior to leaving home

Property was stylish and wonderful, I appreciated the stay.

The breakfast was savoury and included. The rooms were air-conditioned and big with fantastic view, great touches, private jaccuzi, nothing too much trouble.

The people managing the property (Georgios, Grissa, Iannis), the location overlooking the olive grove. The area of Sitia, unlike the rest of Crete, is still a little paradise for the independent traveller. The town of Sitia is authentic, and not touristic.

Great to have your own pool. Larger villa for six has two kitchens, the larger one is well equipped. Good area for eating outside, especially in the evenings. Good location overlooking an olve grove. Great price. Supermarkets and Sitia within easy reach.

Bad layout means in larger villas everything has to be carried from upstairs kitchen to eat outside. One key means you can easily lock yourself out since it has to be placed in the villa to activate power. Not enough cutlery or pans for the size of our party, though this was rectified within 24 hours when we raised it with the hotel. Stray cats are charming but will enter the villa if you leave the door open. Stray dogs howl in the distance in the evening. Very steep access by car, slightly difficult to park a larger car. Had to leave passport as guarantee with hotel. I forgot to ask for it to be returned and had to have it couriered to me at the next stop.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

Free parking outside the hotel provided. A nice size room, a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the room.

The stay at this venue was amazing, the place was pretty clean with a great location near the ocean, restaurants, shopping, and the Old Town.
